The design of this project takes up the special feature of the small-structured existing buildings by means of individual bungalows and converts them into a modern, efficient apartment building concept with a fascinating view of the sea and nature.

It consists of 4 smaller semi-detached houses, each with 5 residential units of different living space and a larger building that serves as a reception area with conference rooms.

All apartments enjoy the attractive line of sight between the scenic beach and the relaxing natural zone, have multiple outdoor spaces and achieve a very high build quality.

The flexibility of the structure and the arrangement of the rooms clearly show the well thought-out planning with regard to energy-conscious construction and efficient use of the living space.

The apartment complex is of course guarded and protected against unauthorized intruders.

All new buildings together have their own drinking water supply via a borehole. The hot water is sustainably prepared with solar energy and the power supply is also designed to be self-sufficient with a PV system.

A generator with an optional and absolutely environmentally friendly saltwater battery serves as a backup for the energy supply, so that an appropriate supply is guaranteed even in the event of a power failure.

The guiding principle of the overall concept is to realize a self-sufficient, ecologically sustainable and high-quality apartment complex with as little technical effort as possible, which offers all residents added value.
